1. Overview
subte.cc is a dynamic DNS (DDNS) service that allows users to register subdomains and point them to IP addresses they control.
By using the subte.cc website, API, or DNS services (the Service), you agree to these Terms of Use.
The service is independently operated and hosted on virtual infrastructure, including virtual private servers provided by Amazon Web Services (AWS) or other hosting providers.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
2. Accounts
To use the Service you may need to create an account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Keep your password secure
- Protect your API or update tokens
You are responsible for all activity associated with your account.
Update tokens function as API credentials and may be used to update DNS records. Anyone with access to a token may modify associated domains.
3. Domain Registration
Subdomains under subte.cc are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
We reserve the right to remove, suspend, or reclaim domains that:
- Violate these Terms
- Are used for abuse or illegal activity
- Impersonate individuals or organizations
- Are inactive for an extended period
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service for activities including, but not limited to:
- Phishing or fraud
- Malware distribution
- Spam infrastructure
- Network abuse or attacks
- Illegal content or services
subte.cc only provides DNS resolution. Users are solely responsible for any services or content reachable through their subdomains.
5. Service Availability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".
We do not guarantee:
- Continuous availability
- Uptime
- Error-free operation
- Permanent domain ownership
Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, infrastructure issues, or circumstances outside our control.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators of subte.cc are not liable for any damages resulting from use of the Service, including but not limited to:
- Service outages
- Loss of data
- Security incidents
- Financial losses
Use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts or domains at any time if we believe they violate these Terms or pose a risk to the service.
Users may stop using the Service at any time.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction of the service operator, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
